Reporting a problem
Email [email protected] and tell us your device, the CricSim version (it's on the main menu and in Settings) and what happened just before the problem. A screenshot helps.
Where are my careers saved?
On your device, in CricSim's private storage. CricSim has no account or cloud save, so deleting the app deletes your careers.
Moving to a new phone or tablet
If device backups are turned on, Android or iOS may restore CricSim's saves on your new device along with the app. Without a backup, your careers stay on the old device.
Importing players
You can start a career with your own players from a spreadsheet. The import guide explains the columns and has a template to download.
Refunds
The App Store or Google Play handled your purchase, so refunds go through them. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play's refund help.
Privacy
CricSim collects no personal data. The privacy policy has the details.
