What this covers
This policy covers the CricSim app for iPhone, iPad and Android, and this website. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Like any website, its host, Cloudflare, and its font service, Google Fonts, receive your IP address when you visit.
What CricSim collects
Nothing. CricSim has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking. It doesn't need an internet connection to play, and we don't receive any information about you or your games.
What stays on your device
Your careers, saves and settings are kept in CricSim's private storage on your device. Other apps can't read them, and deleting CricSim deletes them. If you import players from a file, CricSim reads the file you pick, on your device, and keeps those players in your career's save. The file isn't sent anywhere.
Device backups
If backups are turned on, Android or iOS may include CricSim's saves in your Google or iCloud backup, so you can restore them on a new device. Google and Apple handle those backups under their own privacy policies, and we can't see them.
Crash reports
If you've chosen to share diagnostics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple or Google may send us anonymous crash reports. They describe what went wrong in the app, not who you are.
Buying CricSim
The App Store or Google Play handles your purchase. We never receive your payment details.
Children
CricSim collects no data from anyone, so it collects none from children either.
Changes to this policy
If a future version adds anything that sends data, such as optional bug reports, we'll update this policy before that version is released and ask for your permission in the game. The date above shows when this policy last changed.
